General

Do we need reservations?

Reservations are not required but are encouraged to secure your spot in the case it becomes busy. Plus, online tickets are discounted, so you will save money when you book in advance! If you prefer not to book online, walk-in admission is also available during business hours but during busy times, is not guaranteed.

We also have group packages that reserve space on the course for your party or event. Please visit our group adventure page for more information.

What is the price?

Pricing depends on the attraction you’d like to experience. We offer combo tickets that allow guests to experience multiple attractions at a discounted price. We now offer the option to pre-book your admission online, and reservations are encouraged! Simply choose a desired date and time for your visit, choose the number of tickets/participants, and get ready for adventure!

May we bring outside food?

When you book a party package or rent the party space, you may bring your own birthday cake or cupcakes. Otherwise, no outside food or beverages are allowed to be brought in.

Is the course handicap accessible?

Our facilities are accessible so that everyone has access to the space. Our adventure activities are able-bodied events that require walking up a staircase to participate.

Are there lockers available?

Programmable lockers are available free of charge for guests to store their personal items in.

Is there free WiFi available?
Yes!

May we bring Go Pros?

Go Pros may be worn with a chest strap. Head mounts are not permitted.

Can adults participate?

Absolutely! Our attractions are perfect for groups of all ages, not just kids. Experiencing the course together engages your group with physical challenges that encourage teamwork and critical thinking as well as a time for family, friends, colleagues, and teammates to bond.

Is there anything for those who prefer not to participate on the ropes course and climbing walls?

Adults are encouraged to participate, but if it's just not for them they are welcome to relax and enjoy our bar and lounge / spectating area, arcade, free WiFi, and outdoor patio during the warmer seasons.

Are waivers required?

Yes, waivers must be signed for all participants before participating on the attractions. Waivers for minors must be signed by their legal parent/guardian.

May I have a refund?

In the instance that you may need to change or cancel your reservation, please contact us. Refunds issued will be less 5%. No-shows will not be refunded.

Once participants are harnessed there are no refunds. If for some reason you are unhappy with your experience we hope you’ll reach out to us.

Is there a time limit?

A variety of ticket options and combo tickets are available, offering different timed options. Your reservation includes the time for check-in, outfitting all participants with safety equipment, adventure experience on the attraction(s), and return to the floor to remove your safety equipment.

PLEASE NOTE: Ticket sales end one hour before close.

May I reserve a time for my group to get onto the ropes course?

We offer the availability to pre-book your reservation and purchase your tickets online for a discounted price.

Reservations may be made for large groups of 20 or more participants with a minimum of two weeks notice. A 25% deposit will be required to secure the date and time that you choose. If you are interested in booking a group, we have multiple group packages that reserve space on the course for you! Please visit our group adventure page for more information and to request a quote.

Do adults need to be fit to participate on the ropes course?

If participants can walk up a flight of stairs, they are fit enough to do it. Once on the ropes course, they are free to go wherever and in whatever direction they feel comfortable. There is no set path and no one is forcing you (besides a little healthy peer pressure from family, friends, or peers!)

What is the slowest time of day?

Traffic fluctuates daily and is influenced by the weather. We tend to be busier from 10 am - 3 pm with large group bookings and general admission, therefore, afternoon/early evening tends to be our slower time of the day. If you have a specific date in mind for your visit, feel free to reach out and we will be happy to let you know if there are any large groups scheduled that would cause longer wait times.
